CANCELLATION/SICK POLICY: A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of their appointment fee, and less than 24hrs notice the full appointment fee. If you are sick, we require 4hrs notice before your appointment. Please keep everyone healthy and do not come to your appointment if you have any symptoms of a cold or flu.

PARKING: Street parking only, along Wallace St or adjacent/parallel streets. Parking is free for 2hrs. Please do not park in designated spots in the parking lot.

If you are booking an appointment with a pelvic floor physiotherapist, please book a follow up appointment within 2-3 weeks at the same time.

Pregnancy Massage: Prenatal massage offered is similar to a regular treatment, with a few adjustments for positioning and safety. Please book under ‘pregnancy massage’ if you are currently pregnant so your therapist can prepare accordingly.
